All of the telehealth sessions with Rehab Smarter are conducted on a secure video conference platform similar to FaceTime or Skype. Patient privacy is protected and is compliant with HIPAA. HIPAA stands for The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, which is an act that ensures sensitive patient data is protected.
In order to receive telehealth services, all a patient needs is a secure internet connection and a phone or laptop that has working audio. Rehab Smarter’s team of clinicians technical support to ensure that patients are fully understanding the ease of the platform.
